How to protect your large plant pots from cats

People who own both cats and house plants can attest to the unfortunate harm that these little friends can cause to larger house plants in pots. This guide will show you how to protect these plants from cats in a safe and effective manner.

#1.  Bury long, thin, and blunt yet small objects like mechanical pencils that have run out of graphite upright in the soil of any larger pots in places where a cat would be able to to lay, this will make it impossible for a cat to lie in there and damage the plant.

#2.  Ensure that there is a space for a cat to lay in the sun so the cat isn't encouraged to attempt to mess with your plant pots in the first place.

#3.  Place your plant pots far from the edge of any larger tables so it's harder for cats to push them off accidentally.
